I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi's old quarter and had a great experience. the value for money was unbeatable - I got all the basic amenities I needed at a very reasonable price. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Lastly, the location was perfect. Being situated in the heart of the old quarter meant that I had easy access to all the charming streets, shops, and restaurants.

All was well, no complaints.

A few steps away from hoan kiem lake and other city attractions. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away. No reason to complain with the hotel. Any problems about the free WiFi...

I have spent my night at Indochina Gold hotel and i would like to recomend to my friends who coming to Vietnam.The hotel is located right in the center,just some steps to the big Church and 5 minite to the lake.The room is clean, staffs are very helpful, i wanted to make some trips around to see Halong Bay and Sapa, and if without their help i couldnt make it!Because now in Vietnam is quite busy moment for Domestic tourism.The services of their tour is perfect and i enjoyed my time alot!Thanks Indochina Gold hotel for my perfect vacation and see you very soon!

excellent location. its near the lake. excellent staff, very friendly and informative, especially the 2 ms. thuy and mr. quin. the food was delicious. i let ms. thuy reserve our excursions in halong bay and sa pa. that saved me a lot of time and worry. the staff bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and happy. on the same street of the hotel you have a spa, a nails boutique, a massage parlor, boutiques, coffee and fruit juice bars, a western restaurant, and the catholic cathedral. in the neighborhood you have a bank, boutiques, western restaurants.

The hotel was located in a fairly quiet but interesting part of the inner city that was convenient location for my conference needs. The room was quite nice (even if space in the bathroom was a little tight) and tastefully and not overly decorated in a fairly traditional style. The staff were very friendly as well as interesting to talk with and very willing to help when needed (such as when a colleague took my key back to his hotel). I would be very pleased to stay there again.

I think that it would be good to have safes in the room for valuables. Even though I did not have any and did not feel that the security was poor and also had no problems whatsoever, it is likely that other guests may want a little extra insurance.

Located in the heart of the old quarters, this hotel will put you in the center of everything you need. You'll find it very close to the Cathedral and the shrine on the turtle lake. You don't have to go far for good eats or shopping, it's all just around the corner. Inside, the room and bathroom are comfortable and fitted with modern facilities. the breakfast on the top floor makes for a beautiful start to the day, with lots of fresh food to choose from. If you need any assistance, the friendly staff always has a smile and are happy to help.

The elevator can get a little bit busy during peak hours.

absolutely could not be difficult for me to find out a mistake from the staffs,they took care of you from a very small things .they offers buffet breakfast with noodle,Vietnamese food and overseas. hotel located on French old quarter and suitable for hanging out. my room was big and comfortable, definitely staying here again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as I was able to walk to all the attractions in the Old Quarter and it's close to the train station and nearby shops. Plus, Duongs restaurant is just a short walk away for some amazing food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting with transportation and providing recommendations on what to do in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, with well-maintained facilities and a satisfying breakfast.
